Creative Art Class Policies


For weekly classes, full payments are due on first class of each session. For example, if Session I starts on September 14, full payment will be due on that day. Katie asks that a deposit is made to hold your space in the group. The studio currently accepts cash, credit cards or checks that can be made out to Leaping Into Art. To sign up, please email or call Katie.

If a student joins on 2nd or 3rd class, fees will be prorated. 


Katie provides all supplies for each class, unless other specified!


If a student misses a class, please call, text, or email Katie to let her know they will not be there. Students are welcome to make up a class on a different day or utilize Saturday's make up class during each session. Saturday's make up classes will be held as an open studio with no particular lesson to all students that missed classes. 


For any checks that are bounced, Leaping into Art will charge an extra $25.


For inclement weather, please refer to Leaping Into Art Facebook page for updates! If a class is canceled, students will have the option to use that payment for the following session, request a refund, or use as a credit for future workshops or classes. For one day art groups, credit or refunds will also be offered. 


I will provide smocks for students if needed. If anyone has any old unwanted t-shirts, please donate them to the art studio! Leaping into Art will not be held responsible for paint or art materials on clothing! Please dress accordingly for art groups.

Art Therapy Client Policies


Katie will provide an informed consent form for clients/group members upon arrival. Please ask for more details.


Leaping into Art does not accept insurance at this time.
